Who We Are

Since 2020, Reframe has enabled students to deliberate and develop insights about the Constitution.

Our Story

Reframe is a not-for-profit organization that was founded in 2020 by students from Menlo School in California with the sole objective of modernizing the U.S. Constitution. We want to enable a forum where students from around the nation can discuss, debate, and consider revisions to certain parts of the U.S. Constitution. Together, we can craft a more democratic and decisive government of the people, by the people, and for the people.

“With the [perpetual] change of circumstances, institutions must advance also, and keep pace with the times.”

— Thomas Jefferson

Message From Founder and Executive Director Sam Warman

To our valued partners and supporters,

I'm deeply grateful for your unwavering commitment to Reframe's mission.

Our goal—to create a space for students across the nation to engage in vital discussions and revisions of the Constitution—could not have happened without your assistance.

Our vision—a nation where every voice is heard, every perspective valued, and every citizen empowered to shape their government—can only be realized through continued efforts and innovation.

Thank you for standing with us on this journey. Together, we're building a brighter future for all.

Gratefully,

Sam Warman
